Enjoy a leisurely day discovering the inner secrets of Italian cuisine; learn together with our chef all of the tricks of our local culinary tradition and how to prepare a typical Mediterranean dish.
The Hotel Alpha organizes for its guests addictive cooking classes which start at 10:30 am with an approximate duration of 3 hours, with wine tastings included in the price.
Each cooking class is unique because it is always a pleasant opportunity to tell each other, get to know each other and discover the flavors and secrets of the typical local cuisine. What are you waiting for? Experiment the cooking recipes and basic techniques to prepare dishes perfectly and amaze your friends!
At the end of the course you will receive a gift: our homemade jam with the Hotel Alpha logo and an apron with the embroidered logo of the Cooking School
